• The home builder approves the plan and budget.
• We acquire and install furniture and stage the model.
• We de-stage the model when it is no longer needed.
• We refurbish, re-use or resell items, and then provide a rebate to the builder on items sold.

• We develop a conceptual design, plan and budget for the builder to approve.

• We work with the homebuilder's designer to source and stage furniture and decor, leveraging the designer's time and talent. 
• When the builder finishes with the model we de-stage it, warehouse or re-sell items and send a rebate to the builder. 

• We develop a conceptual design, plan and budget for the homeowner to approve.
• We provide and install all of the  furniture and decor to turn an empty space into a beautiful, updated home.
• We de-stage the home when the home sells (or leases).

•  We develop a conceptual design using some of the owners furniture and decor and some of ours.  That may include removing some pieces and de-cluttering the home to make it more appealing to a broad range of buyers.
• We provide a budget for the homeowner to approve.
• We provide and install all of the  furniture and decor to turn an empty space into a beautiful, updated home.
• We de-stage the home when the home sells (or leases).
